Proactive Management-Based Regulation
Working Group presentations

In early 2016, the Proactive Management-Based Regulation Subcommittee identified 10 common principles that are encouraged for any law firm’s ethical infrastructure. The subcommittee has broken into 10 working groups to now develop a self-evaluation tool in each of those 10 categories so law firms have effective management systems in place to address these common risks.

The working groups have begun presenting their proposals for what a self-evaluation tool may look like for their respective category.
