Re-Application for Testing Accommodations
Eligibility
Applicants who have previously been granted testing accommodations by the Office of Attorney Admissions (“OAA”) within three (3) years of the exam date for which they submitted their original request may be eligible to submit a Re-Application for Testing Accommodations ONLY IF there is:
If ALL THREE conditions are met, the applicant may submit the Re-Application Request Form, available HERE.
Applicants requesting an accommodation that has not been previously granted by the OAA for an exam administered by the OAA should follow the guidelines for requesting an accommodation, available HERE, including applicants who previously received a requested accommodation from an entity other than the OAA.
Deadlines
Re-Application Request Forms are due according to the following schedule:

Submission Complete the Re-Application Request Form in its entirety and submit it to the OAA using our Re-Application for Testing Accommodations portal, HERE.
The OAA reserves the right to request production of the original of any uploaded document.
DO NOT upload the Re-Application Form to your CiviCore admissions application.
Processing
After the submission of a Re-Application Form, the OAA will review it for eligibility and sufficiency as soon as reasonably possible. If the Form is accepted, you will receive an approval notification letter and Individual Examination Schedule approximately four (4) weeks prior to the exam. Please keep in mind these are estimated timelines and not guaranteed.
